Memberships

At Olympic Figure Skating Club (OFSC), we welcome skaters of all ages and skill levels. We offer various membership options to match your goals and level of involvement in the sport.

Please note: All memberships are valid for the calendar year and expire on December 31, regardless of the purchase date.

  • A OFSC membership is suitable for:

    • Recreational skaters and supporters

    • Competitive skaters who must be part of a club

    • Skaters participating in club events such as the end-of-year show

    • Skaters not participating in competitions or ISA testing

    • Aussie Skate participants not intending to compete

    • Annual fee: $50 (per calendar year)

    Why become a member?

    Be part of a supportive and inclusive skating community that welcomes all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skater, OFSC is your place to connect, learn, and have fun.

    Members will receive a welcome pack, early access to register for OFSC events and competitions, the chance to purchase exclusive OFSC merchandise, and special discounts from a range of businesses.

Competitive memberships

There are 2 types of competitive memberships: 1. Singles, Adults, Pairs and Ice Dance (requires ISV “competitive” and OFSC membership) 2. Aussie Skate (requires ISV “skating beginner” and OFSC membership).

  • A Singles, Adults, Pairs and Ice Dance membership is suitable for skaters who are actively pursuing competitive pathways:

    • Designed for skaters competing in ISV, ISA or interstate events

    • Required for skaters undertaking ISA testing

    • Includes Ice Skating Victoria voting rights, Ice Skating Australia membership, Personal Accident Insurance and Ice Sports Victoria membership

    • Access to Ice Skating Victoria member only events

    • Annual fee: $185 (per calendar year); Skaters must also be a member of OFSC. The total cost for the year is $235.

    • Register here for an ISV competitive membership.

  • An Aussie Skate membership is ideal for skaters who are competing in Aussie Skate.

    • For skaters participating in Aussie SkateTM learn-to-skate program including Aussie Skate lessons and/or competitions.

    • Includes Ice Skating Victoria voting rights

    • Includes Ice Sports Victoria membership

    • Aussie Skate Competitions

    • Aussie Skate Tests

    • Access to Ice Skating Victoria member only events

    • Annual fee: $100 (per calendar year); Skaters must also be a member of OFSC. The total cost for the year is $150.
